At CWC Military Watches, we stand by the quality of our timepieces; if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch back in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our quality control center for inspection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the timepiece, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
